Responsibilities
  • Lead ICT programme and project delivery within digital transformation initiatives
  • Perform ICT analysis to inform solution design and decision-making
  • Manage ICT business relationships and stakeholder engagement
  • Oversee ICT portfolio governance and assurance to ensure alignment and benefits realisation
  • Contribute to digital customer experience improvements and end-to-end service redesign
  • Support business systems modernization, governance, and licencing/contract simplification
  • Advise on infrastructure, cyber security, and resilience to underpin safe, scalable services
  • Foster digital skills and adoption across the workforce to realise benefits
