ICT Consultant School IT Support

Support schools around Windsor with ICT hardware, software installation, and technical problem solving as an ICT Consultant for turn IT on.

This full-time, full-year ICT Consultant role supports school sites across Windsor and surrounding areas. You will maintain IT hardware and services, provide user support, and improve ICT provisions for teaching and learning. The position also includes customer account management and communication with schools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve technical issues affecting school operations
• Install and repair computers with standardised applications
• Diagnose network and software problems
• Maintain desktop, iPad, printer, telephone, and AV equipment
• Communicate services and manage customer accounts

Requirements:

• At least two years’ ICT Technician or second-line support experience
• Experience in education preferred but not essential
• Knowledge of common user applications
• Good experience using Microsoft Office365
• UK driving licence and own vehicle
