In this role you will provide 1st/2nd line IT support across UK offices, focusing on secure, compliant infrastructure and endpoint management. You will work with Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Windows/macOS environments to support a fast-paced consultancy setting. Your work will include security monitoring, incident handling, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain robust IT services. A clear security posture and regulatory awareness underpin daily operations. This is an opportunity to contribute to sensitive government/defence engagements and help shape secure, scalable IT services.
Responsibilities- Act as primary 1st/2nd line IT support for incidents and requests via ITSM system
- Provide day-to-day support for laptops and mobile devices across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Microsoft 365 apps
- Administer and troubleshoot Intune and Entra ID (Azure AD), including enrolment, policies, access, and MFA issues
- Perform routine tasks such as password/MFA resets, account unlocks, OS patching, BitLocker, and endpoint policy troubleshooting
- Investigate endpoint security alerts and assist remediation using Defender for Endpoint and related tools
- Create/update knowledge base articles, SOPs, and technical documentation
- Coordinate with third-party suppliers to support incident resolution and service improvement
- Occasional on-site support at UK offices with secure handling aligned to Government Security Classifications and Cyber Essentials
- Active SC clearance or ability to obtain quickly
- Minimum five years’ continuous UK residency
- Hands-on experience with Windows and macOS endpoints, Microsoft 365, and core infrastructure services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Windows Server)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Entra ID (Azure AD), including enrolment, compliance, user/group management, MFA, and licensing
- Strong security awareness with familiarity with endpoint security tools (e.g. Defender for Endpoint), Government Security Classifications, GDPR obligations, and Cyber Essentials
- Clear communication and professional documentation of processes and solutions
- Relevant computing/technology degree or equivalent, with motivation for further certifications (e.g., MS-900, AZ-900, ITIL v4) and enhanced clearances
- Comfort with fast-paced consultancy environment and infrastructure improvement projects
- Willingness to travel to Reply’s UK offices for on-site support
