In this role you join the Digital Transformation & Programmes Team to shape and deliver cross-cutting digital change across the council. You will work on major transformation programmes that improve services for residents, communities and staff, using digital tools, automation and data-led decision making. The role focuses on designing better customer journeys, enabling smarter working, and scaling innovative technology to reduce manual work and boost service delivery. This is an opportunity to contribute to a high-impact public-sector transformation agenda and to drive meaningful change in the city.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership in the design and delivery of digital change across the Council
  • Manage ICT programme and project activities to realise transformation outcomes
  • Perform ICT analysis to inform decisions and improvements
  • Engage in ICT business relationship management with stakeholders
  • Oversee ICT portfolio governance and assurance to ensure delivery quality and benefits realization
