Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Excellent Benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join a growing technology team supporting a large, complex enterprise environment.
Working in a large Microsoft landscape, this role is ideal for someone with 12 - 24 months of IDAM, Service Desk, Infrastructure or IT Operations experience looking to develop their career within Identity & Access Management and Microsoft security technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML) processes
- Assist with user provisioning and access management
- Maintain Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID accounts
- Support RBAC and access governance activities
- Assist with access reviews and PIM administration
- Support MFA and Conditional Access controls
- Maintain IAM documentation and procedures
- Support audit and compliance requests
Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum 12 months IT support, infrastructure, security or IAM experience
- Exposure to Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory
- Understanding of onboarding/offboarding processes
- Knowledge of access management and RBAC principles
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Desirable:
- Basic PowerShell scripting
- Exposure to Entra ID Governance
- Understanding of MFA and Conditional Access
- ITIL Foundation or Microsoft security certifications
