Overview

In this IDAM & PAM Engineer role, you help clients design, implement and validate Identity and Access Management and Privileged Access solutions. You will translate client needs into high- and low-level designs, support integrations and testing, and ensure secure configurations aligned with industry best practices. You’ll work across environments to set up IDAM/PAM ecosystems and contribute to security governance activities. This role offers the opportunity to shape client transformation journeys in a global security services context.

Responsibilities
  • Identify client needs and drivers for IDAM & PAM adoption
  • Define high- and low-level IDAM/PAM designs and processes
  • Coordinate implementation plans with cross-functional teams
  • Set up test, development and production IDAM/PAM environments
  • Implement IDAM/PAM configurations and protective practices for client systems
  • Support discovery, audits, documentation and validation
  • Engage with GRC consultants, solution architects in securing products/services
  • Evaluate client security designs against core security frameworks
Key requirements
  • Experience with IDAM/PAM design, build and operation across multiple platforms
  • Knowledge of Microsoft AD, AWS IAM, Google Cloud Identity, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, AuthO, Ping Identity
  • Development experience in at least one language/environ (e.g., J2EE, Python, Java, .NET, C#)
  • Experience with Secure by Design and Zero Trust concepts
  • Willingness to learn security skills across domains and pursue qualifications
  • Ability to operate under pressure and deliver with drive
  • Strong stakeholder and delivery team collaboration skills
  • Relevant professional Security/Risk/Compliance certifications and UK Gov vetting eligibility
