IDAM Engineer

Overview
In this role you will design and implement IDAM and PAM solutions to support client transformation journeys. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, design architectures, and configure and test IDAM platforms. You will apply standards and best practices to validate outcomes and enable secure, scalable identities. You will help shape security designs and governance while delivering measurable client value.

- Identify client IDAM/PAM needs and drivers; define high- and low-level designs
- Support integration, configuration and testing of IDAM solutions
- Set up test, development, and production IDAM/PAM environments
- Oversee discovery/audits, documentation, validation and authorization
- Collaborate with delivery teams to define implementation plans and metrics
- Support IDAM/PAM governance, risk, and security controls
- Experience with IDAM/PAM design, build and operation across multiple platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft AD, Key Vault, Entra; AWS IAM; Google Cloud Identity; Okta; SailPoint; CyberArk; Auth0; Ping Identity
- Knowledge of secure design principles (Secure by Design, Zero Trust)
- Experience with system integration testing, UAT and production rollout
- Proactive learning mindset and willingness to obtain security qualifications
- UK Gov vetting eligibility or holding vetting (SC) is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver with enthusiasm
