Overview

In this role, you will apply IDAM and Privileged Access Management expertise to support client transformations. You’ll design, implement, and validate IDAM/PAM solutions within agreed timelines, collaborating across teams to meet security objectives. You will work with leading technologies and frameworks to address risks and enable secure access across environments. This is an opportunity to shape client security architectures and contribute to large-scale security programs.

Responsibilities
  • Identify client IDAM/PAM requirements and drivers
  • Define high- and low-level IDAM/PAM designs
  • Support integration, configuration and testing of IDAM solutions
  • Oversee environment setup for test, development, and production IDAM/PAM
  • Evaluate client security designs, gaps and issues
  • Coordinate implementation plans with other teams
  • Document validation, assessment, and authorization activities
  • Support discovery, audits, and governance activities
  • Engage with GRC consultants, solution architects on security of products/services
  • Knowledge of core tools such as Microsoft AD, Key Vault, Entra, AWS IAM, Google Cloud Identify, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, Auth0, Ping Identity
Key requirements
  • Experience with at least one development environment/language (e.g., J2EE, Python, Java, C/C++, .NET, C# or PL/SQL)
  • Knowledge of UNIX/Linux, Solaris, Windows; databases (Oracle, SQL Server)
  • Experience in design, build, deployment and management of security processes
  • Support for testing phases (ISTA, UAT, production rollout)
  • Applied understanding of Secure by Design and Zero Trust concepts
  • Willingness to learn and obtain further security qualifications
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver with enthusiasm
  • Strong relationship-building across delivery teams and stakeholders
  • Hold relevant security/risk/compliance/security tech certifications
  • Eligibility for UK Gov vetting (e.g., SC) or current clearance
