Overview

In this role you will manage and support access for users across business services and applications to uphold security and auditability. You will work with the Identity and Access team within Technology Operations to deliver timely access support, investigate issues, and embed IAM requirements into delivery and BAU processes. You’ll collaborate with IT, Compliance, Audit and HR to improve controls and drive automation opportunities, contributing to a secure, compliant banking environment. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a clear impact on security posture and service quality.

Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site and remote support for access requests, incidents and joiners/movers/leavers, meeting service levels
  • Perform second-line investigation and resolution for access-related issues while maintaining security posture
  • Own role-based access reviews and ensure alignment with least privilege and security policies
  • Support projects by embedding IAM requirements and controls into delivery and BAU processes
  • Collaborate with Information Security, Compliance, Audit and Technology to maintain controls and identify improvement opportunities
Key requirements
  • Experience in Identity and Access Management, preferably in a regulated environment
  • Knowledge of ITIL-aligned processes
  • Experience with SSO, SCIM, RBAC, and user provisioning/deprovisioning
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Understanding of infrastructure, applications, Windows and Citrix environments
  • Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and time-management
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to learn and apply transferable skills even if not all requirements are met
