In this IAM-focused role, you will design, implement and test identity and access management solutions for clients, aligning with business objectives and cybersecurity standards. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deploy IAM components across on‑premise and cloud environments, and contribute to ongoing operation and maintenance. You will craft high-level and detailed designs, integrate with security tools and cloud platforms, and deliver post‑implementation support and knowledge transfer. Responsibilities
  • Define IAM use cases, functional and non-functional requirements and technical specifications
  • Create high-level and low-level system architecture designs for IAM solutions
  • Define dependencies, resources, and network rules to support IAM implementations
  • Integrate IAM with third-party systems and security tools (SIEM, MFA, cloud platforms)
  • Develop documentation for operation and governance (processes for onboarding, provisioning, access requests)
  • Conduct unit, integration, functional and non-functional testing and troubleshoot issues
  • Deliver post-implementation hyper-care support and knowledge transfer to client IAM teams
  • Contribute to client proposals and bids with compelling IAM solution definitions
Key requirements
  • Broad enterprise identity experience across IGA, PAM, AM, AD, CIAM
  • Experience with IAM solutions such as SailPoint, Saviynt
  • Cloud hosting experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Hands-on with Active Directory/Azure AD, Federation, DNS/DHCP
  • Understanding of modern authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
  • Knowledge of RBAC design and DevOps tools (Git, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Ansible)
  • Experience with Linux operating systems
  • Experience in waterfall and agile delivery, and managing client stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
