I'm supporting a large enterprise organisation undergoing significant investment in cyber security and digital transformation.

We're looking for an experienced Identity Security Product Lead to drive the strategy, roadmap and delivery of identity-related security capabilities across a complex technology environment.

This is a leadership role sitting at the intersection of security, technology and business change, responsible for ensuring identity services continue to evolve in line with business needs, security requirements and regulatory expectations.

• Experience leading identity or security-related products, programmes or services
• Strong understanding of identity governance, privileged access and access management
• Experience working with enterprise security platforms and vendors
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Experience operating within large, complex or regulated environments
