IFS System Administrator

In this role you will own and govern core IFS master data to support global business processes. You will work across functions to ensure data is accurate, consistent, and ready for day-to-day operations, including onboarding new units and maintaining organisational structures. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot data issues and drive improvements in data governance. • Create and maintain key IFS master data objects (persons, resources, employees, technicians, warehouses, inventory locations, site structures)
• Ensure global consistency and accuracy of master data across IFS entities
• Maintain organisational structures (companies, sites, warehouses) and onboard new units into IFS
• Ensure master data meets quality standards and perform bulk uploads/updates as needed
• Troubleshoot master data issues affecting business processes and support data-related transactions
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure proper data creation, maintenance and usage in transactions
• Identify data quality issues and contribute to resolution and prevention
• Support global rollouts and onboarding of new business areas into IFS
• Work with stakeholders across functions and time zones to understand data requirements

• Experience with IFS Applications in a global or multinational environment
• Strong understanding of ERP master data concepts
• Experience managing organisational structures (warehouses, resources, persons, sites)
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across functions and time zones
• Structured, data-driven problem solving with root-cause analysis
• Basic understanding of data imports and exports; experience with IFS Data Migration tools is a plus
• Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
