IMAC/ Deployment Engineer

Overview

In this role you support IT deployment across SCC customer sites, handling IMAC tasks and device configurations. You’ll work with desktop and laptop imaging, data migration, and Intune-based setups, ensuring smooth deployment and customer satisfaction. The position blends hands-on IT work with strong service delivery in a client-facing environment. You’ll travel as needed and join a team that values inclusive culture and continuous learning to transform IT experiences.

• Install and configure desktops and laptops, including data migration, network printing, and network drives
• Assist with initial build and configuration of devices using Intune
• Support deployment activities through floor walking at customer sites
• Provide high levels of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Work independently and within a team; willingness to travel as required
• Possibly support on-site deployment tasks and coordination with clients

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team
• Willingness to stay away from home when required
• Clean Driving License is essential
• Ideally 2-3 years in an IT role
