Job Description

  • Image laptops utilizing AutoPilot, Contacting users both onsite and remote.
  • Gather information from users (template will be provided)
  • Most cases login as user, set up remote access, update CMDB assigning devices to users and unassign returned laptops.
  • Must be organized, keep good written notes.
