Imaginarium Development Manager

Job Title: Imaginarium Development Manager x 2 (Full time)

Salary: £32,000 (Fixed Term - 3.5 years)

Hours: 36 hours per week

Office location: Halton office based, with travel across the Liverpool City Region as required

Responsible to: Business Development Director

Wellbeing Enterprises CIC is launching the Liverpool City Region Imaginarium - a

bold, community-led initiative designed to unlock civic imagination and tackle

inequalities through participation, creativity and system change.

The Imaginarium brings together residents, communities, practitioners and

institutions to imagine, design and test new ways to improve wellbeing and civic life.

We are recruiting two Imaginarium Development Managers who will work together as

peers, sharing responsibility for shaping, developing and delivering the initiative

across the Liverpool City Region.

This is a rare opportunity to play a leading role in building a new civic platform for

imagination-led change. As an Imaginarium Development Manager, you will combine

hands-on delivery with programme development, facilitation and partnership working,

helping to shape, grow and embed a new model for how communities and systems

work together to improve health and wellbeing.

You will work directly with communities, partners and stakeholders to design and

deliver Imagination Labs, Dream Roadshows, Policy Prototypes and leadership

programmes, while contributing to the ongoing development of the Imaginarium.

The post-holder will need to be equally comfortable:

• working with communities and facilitating participatory sessions
• managing delivery and coordinating activity
• building partnerships and influencing systems
• capturing learning and contributing to written outputs
