Imaging Software Deployment Engineer

Deploy imaging analysis software for LifeCanvas Technologies across Linux and Windows environments. Apply troubleshooting skills to support biomedical research workflows.

This Imaging & Analysis Software Engineer bridges the SPIM Imaging Team with Data Engineering & Analysis. You will install, configure, maintain, and improve software for internal teams and external customers. The work connects microscopy systems, scientific software engineering, and customer-facing technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, deploy, integrate, and validate imaging software
• Troubleshoot customer installation, configuration, and processing issues
• Maintain reliable operation across hardware and software environments
• Implement requested software features for customers and development needs
• Document installation, troubleshooting, testing, and software procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and two-plus years’ relevant professional experience
• Linux or Windows installation, deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting experience
• Knowledge of version control, testing, debugging, and documentation
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical users
• Experience with scientific imaging or image analysis preferred
