Overview
In this role you will blend analytics, technical, and interpersonal skills to support client engagements from pre-sale to deployment and post-go-live. You’ll deliver solutions on-premise and in SaaS environments for enterprises across the UK, Europe, and beyond, shaping successful software implementations. You will drive POCs, customize configurations, and manage projects to meet client needs while coordinating across teams. This opportunity offers exposure to fintech-scale projects and multi-cloud delivery in a hybrid work setting.

- Participate in all phases of the software delivery lifecycle (planning, configuration, implementation, testing, documentation, training, support)
- Develop and conduct proofs of concepts (POCs)
- Analyze customization requirements and propose configuration solutions to meet client needs
- Implement software on-premise, remotely, or in hosted/SaaS environments
- Use project management practices and tools to manage timelines, client expectations, issues, and scope
- Degree in Information Technology or Systems, Computer Science, mathematics, science, or related STEM concentrations with minimum 2:2
- 2-4 years of prior client support or technical consultancy experience
- Knowledge of RDBMS with solid SQL experience and SQL scripting
- Interpersonal and client-facing communication
