Key Responsibilities: • Manage setup and configuration for client implementations • Coordinate application deployment into test environments • Support client UAT cycles, planning, and issue resolution • Triage defects during testing for timely resolution • Organize additional releases into test environments
Requirements: • Experience in implementation, onboarding, or support roles • Strong client-facing communication abilities • Proficient in managing test, UAT, and migration phases • Knowledge of environment management and application deployment • Familiarity with scripting and technical tools
