Implementation Consultant - Marketing & Medical Software (Remote)

In this role, you will implement Veeva’s Commercial Cloud content management solutions for top pharma clients, translating diverse processes into scalable designs. You’ll lead discovery workshops, oversee build and deployment, and guide post-go-live activities, collaborating with cross‑functional teams. You’ll work remotely or from offices across Europe, with travel to client sites as needed, shaping how life sciences operate more efficiently through data‑driven, compliant content management. This is a high‑impact, client‑facing role that blends architecture, project leadership, and stakeholder engagement to deliver tangible business outcomes.

• Implement content management platform for life sciences
• Lead business process discovery and design workshops
• Translate client requirements into workable solution designs
• Oversee solution build, testing, and deployment
• Create process documentation and project deliverables
• Plan post-go-live activities and ongoing support
• Provide subject matter expertise on Veeva’s Commercial Content applications and their fit within customers’ ecosystems

• 3+ years in technology implementation projects in roles such as Functional Analyst, Solution Architect, or Project Manager
• Experience with Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health, or Medical Device organizations
• Strong consulting background with ability to architect, drive best practices, and manage stakeholders
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across multiple assignments
• Able to travel ~20%
