Implementation Lead

As an Implementation Lead, you will drive payment integration initiatives and manage delivery of new features within a growing B2B/fintech context. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to align requirements with product strategy and regulatory standards. The role blends hands-on integration work, stakeholder management, and documentation to ensure compliant, scalable solutions. • manage integrations and product management (3rd party integrations, user stories, requirement gathering, coordinating technical teams)
• coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across cross-functional teams (vendors, technology partners, clients)
• delivery management for new features and enhancements
• shape product strategy through market and competitor analysis and exploration of emerging technologies
• documentation and compliance activities

• experience with payment platforms/systems, fintech, EPOS
• strong API, integration, and SDLC understanding
