Implementation Lead - Healthcare Software

As an Implementation Lead, you will steer complex customer deployments and large-scale data migrations within a healthcare software context. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end implementations, onboarding, and training while ensuring data integrity and clinical safety. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery in a fast-growing tech environment, offering a meaningful impact on healthcare technology delivery. You will work closely with customers and internal specialists to drive successful deployments and continuous improvement.

• 4 days on-site per week (London)
• client travel when required
• paid weekend work during go-live
• salary 70k–90k DOE (32 hours)

• Lead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for new customers
• Define project scope, plans and configuration requirements
• Deliver onboarding, implementation and training programmes
• Plan and oversee complex data migrations and validation
• Ensure data quality, integrity and clinical safety
• Manage stakeholder communication and alignment
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies
• Mentor implementation and product specialists
• Contribute to Implementation Playbook improvements

• 5+ years’ senior software implementation, project management or technical delivery experience
• Experience with enterprise software implementations and large-scale data migrations
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Analytical problem-solving ability with strong attention to detail
• Experience working in fast-growing tech environments
