. They are looking for an Implementation Specialist to bridge technology, project delivery, and customer success, ensuring healthcare clients seamlessly adopt their software and get maximum value from go-live
. The Role
As an Implementation Specialist, you will own the end-to-end customer onboarding journey, working closely with clinical teams, internal developers, and account managers
. Drive End-to-End Delivery:
Lead planning, scoping, software configuration, and deployment tailored to each client's operational workflows
.
Problem Solving & Go-Live Support:
Serve as the main technical contact during setup, troubleshooting configurations, and removing roadblocks to ensure a smooth go-live
.
Client Onboarding & Training:
Collaborate with training and support teams to transition clients post-go-live with clear documentation and tailored guidance
.
Commercial Alignment:
Work alongside Sales and Account Management to keep projects within scope and deliver on commercial commitments
.
Product Improvement:
Channel client feedback and rollout insights back to Product teams to streamline future release versions
.
About You
We are looking for a collaborative, self-motivated individual who brings a mix of customer-facing delivery skills and structured problem-solving
. Essential Requirements: SaaS Implementation / Onboarding Experience:
A proven track record in a customer-facing role onboarding software solutions or managing client implementation projects
.
Sector Interest:
Experience or strong empathy with the
health & care sector , NHS workflows, or clinical software environments
.
Autonomous & Self-Organised:
Able to manage project lifecycles, risks, and milestones independently while thriving in a flat, agile team culture
.
Exceptional Communication:
Skilled at translating complex technical concepts simply for non-technical stakeholders and building trust with clients
.
UK Eligibility & Location:
Must have full eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship (UK Passport or Share Code) and be within easy commuting distance of Bath for hybrid working
.

£40,000 – £45,000 salary depending on experience.
