Overview

In this role you implement and tailor DRAMS software for leading spirits producers. You work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver complex deployments, capture requirements, and drive data migration and training. The position combines project leadership with hands-on consultancy across multiple customers, enabling value realization and continuous improvement. You join a remote-first, growth-focused environment within the Volaris Group, offering scope to develop technically and commercially.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end software implementations, from requirements gathering to training
  • Manage multiple projects and workstreams, meeting agreed timelines
  • Facilitate client workshops to map processes and capture functional requirements
  • Produce requirements, specifications and implementation documentation
  • Recommend best-practice processes to maximise DRAMS value
  • Analyze and cleanse large datasets for migration and validation
  • Deliver product training and pre-sales demonstrations
  • Build and maintain technical expertise, engaging with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to address gaps and drive improvements
  • Travel to client sites as required to support delivery and relationship building
  • Onboard new team members and stay updated on industry trends
  • Support continuous improvement and cross-team collaboration
Key requirements
  • Significant experience delivering complex enterprise software implementations across full project lifecycle
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or IT-related discipline
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Resourceful, proactive, and eager to learn new skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with large datasets
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with multi-project delivery
  • Current valid driving licence and willingness to travel nationally/internationally (50%)
