Implementation Team Lead — Fintech Onboarding & Delivery

Clearwater Analytics seeks an Implementation Team Lead to guide a high-performing team supporting client onboarding for the firm’s SaaS platform. You will drive performance, identify learning opportunities, and act as an escalation point for critical inquiries.

You’ll lead from the front at the intersection of people leadership and delivery, shaping a culture of teamwork, accountability, and seamless handovers between Sales, Global Delivery, and steady-state Operations.
