As part of Deloitte’s Technology Programme Delivery, you will lead transformation and migration programmes, working closely with clients to deliver integrated solutions. You’ll guide project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery that realises business value. Responsibilities
  • Lead transformation and migration projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business value
  • Plan, monitor, control, and close projects within time, budget, scope, and quality
  • Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource needs with stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues with contingency plans
  • Communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders including senior leadership
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate decision-making
  • Oversee deliverable quality and change control processes
  • Coordinate across delivery lifecycle with client teams to ensure solutions meet client needs
Key requirements
  • Proven track record in planning, executing, monitoring, and closing large-scale transformation and migration programmes/projects
  • Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira & Confluence, Azure DevOps) for planning, tracking, and reporting
  • Experience with migration methodologies and best practices (lift and shift, re-platforming, re-factoring)
  • Experience in organisational change management, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning
  • Practical experience with various migration types (data, application, infrastructure, cloud)
  • Ability to identify, assess, prioritise, and mitigate risks in complex programmes
