Incentive Compensation System Specialist

In this role you will configure and deliver ICM platform solutions to translate incentive rules into reliable configurations. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design, test, deploy, and validate plans, while documenting logic and data flows. You will explore AI-assisted methods to accelerate analysis, improve reliability, and scale operations. This position focuses on data integrations, data quality, controls, and efficient release processes to support accurate payouts and compliance. • Configure ICM platform rules and terms for new plans and changes
• Own or contribute to functional design, testing, deployment, and post-release validation
• Document calculation logic, data flows, and procedures
• Identify opportunities to apply AI tools for reliability and speed
• Own/support data integrations from HR and operational sources
• Create and maintain test plans, cases, and regression coverage
• Apply change-management practices and support SOX/audit requirements
• Support payout cycles, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions
• Manage user access, backlog, and timeline communications
• Collaborate with Analytics, Data/Engineering, HR Operations, and vendor teams

• 4+ years hands-on programming, configuration, or admin in an ICM platform (e.g., CaptivateIQ, SAP Callidus Commissions, Varicent)
• Experience configuring calculation logic, testing plan changes, and production releases
• Strong SQL skills and experience with multi-source data reconciliation
• Ability to translate business rules into robust technical solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication across diverse teams
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
