Incident & Release Manager – Remote Canada

Fidelity Clearing Canada is seeking an experienced Incident & Release Manager to lead the technology and operations incident response program. The role focuses on managing major incidents, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring rigorous change management for client-facing FCC applications.

You will develop playbooks, run post-mortems, coordinate training, and align with Fidelity's Enterprise Resiliency Program.
