Inclusion Tech Lead: Assistive AI for SEND learners

Chelmsford College is seeking an Inclusion Coach – Assistive Technology and AI Lead to join the INSPIRE SEND Support team. You will identify, develop and embed assistive technologies and AI across the college to support SEND learners and remove barriers to learning.

You will work with curriculum teams, digital specialists and SEND colleagues to enhance access, engagement and outcomes, while strengthening SEND systems through digital solutions and delivering staff training.
