Independent Valuation Model Validator

M&G is recruiting an experienced Risk and Compliance professional to independently validate internal valuation models used for illiquid assets within Asset Management. You will work in the Model Validation team to ensure sound methodology and governance across private debt, structured credit and real estate.

You will produce structured validation reports, challenge modelling assumptions, and communicate findings to model owners and governance committees.
