Indigenous Assurance Senior Manager

Apply assurance leadership and technical accounting expertise at MNP while supporting Indigenous clients and travelling regularly throughout BC communities.

This Senior Manager position serves Indigenous communities, organizations, businesses, and individuals through Assurance and Accounting services. You will provide trusted advice, oversee high-quality audit deliverables, and apply specialized knowledge to client financial and reporting issues. The work spans engagement leadership, quality control, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical audit and assurance expertise to clients
• Maintain quality control across financial entries and reports
• Plan engagements and manage project financials
• Identify business development opportunities and prepare competitive proposals
• Attend community events and travel as necessary

Requirements:

• CPA designation
• Six or more years of relevant public accounting experience
• Preferred experience working with First Nations communities
• Understanding of business, accounting, and management principles
• Strong relationship-building and leadership abilities
