Indigenous Relations & Reconciliation Lead

Bell is seeking an Indigenous Relations and Reconciliation Manager to drive Bell’s reconciliation strategy in Canada. You will lead PAIR Certification efforts, design community engagement initiatives, and guide cross‑functional teams to align with organizational values and commitments.

The role emphasizes building authentic relationships with First Nations, Inuit, and Métis communities, plus delivering training and communications that support reconciliation and cultural understanding across Bell.
