As Manager, Indigenous Advisory Services, you will run finance operations for Indigenous governments, organizations, and businesses. Your portfolio includes month-end close, funder reporting, year-end audit files, and fractional controller support. The work may involve maintaining smooth operations or restoring backlogged files to audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end and year-end close across client portfolios
• Oversee payables, receivables, payroll, and cash management
• Prepare audit files, schedules, and supporting documentation
• Clean up backlogs and prior-year financial issues
• Track program funding and prepare funder reports

Requirements:

• CPA designation required
• Significant controllership and audit-preparation experience
• Working knowledge of PSAS, ASNPO, and fund accounting
• Experience leading engagements and supervising staff
• Understanding of Indigenous histories, governance, and colonization impacts
