Lincoln Electric seeks an Industrial Automation Software Developer within Information Technology. You will develop applications that coordinate machine operations, robotics workflows, and operator applications. The work emphasizes reliability, diagnostics, production support, and integration across software, controllers, and automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain C# applications across modern .NET platforms
• Develop workflow orchestration, sequencing, and machine-control integrations
• Investigate production issues using application, machine, controller, and robot logs
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Enhance fault handling, recovery workflows, monitoring, and observability

Requirements:

• Degree in engineering, computer science, mechatronics, or equivalent experience
• Three or more years of hands-on controls engineering experience
• C# and object-oriented software development experience
• Strong .NET Framework and modern .NET platform experience
• Production troubleshooting, debugging, log analysis, and integration experience
