Industrial IT Systems Analyst Raglan Mine

Industrial IT support and AVEVA PI expertise define this Analyst role at Raglan Mine, based at the Raglan Mine Site in Nunavik. Work a 14/14 rotation while supporting critical systems.

Reporting to the Head of Operational Technologies and Automation, the Analyst supports industrial IT systems and critical applications. The work includes data acquisition platforms, industrial databases, cybersecurity, and OT infrastructure. You will collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering teams, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for industrial IT systems and critical applications
• Maintain and optimize AVEVA PI data acquisition platforms
• Diagnose incidents and ensure operational continuity
• Monitor OT infrastructure performance, availability, and cybersecurity
• Administer servers, networks, access, and industrial IT resources

Requirements:

• College diploma in information technology or industrial electronics
• At least five years of relevant industrial IT or OT experience
• Experience with industrial applications, databases, and PI platforms
• Knowledge of SCADA, HMI, and industrial cybersecurity principles
• Bilingual French and English communication, spoken and written
