Industrial Network Operations Analyst

Support Suncor’s industrial connectivity services as a Network Analyst working from Base Plant Mine in Fort McMurray, Alberta. Use ITIL practices and operational technology experience.

This Network Analyst works within a multi-tiered support team serving private LTE, Wi-Fi, and wired infrastructure. You will collaborate with Tier 1-3 analysts, field support teams, and vendors while monitoring network performance. Responsibilities include incident triage, service requests, network documentation, reporting, disaster recovery planning, patching, and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of network incidents
• Monitor alarms and network health across connectivity infrastructure
• Maintain accurate documentation and operational metrics reporting
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and firmware patching
• Support onboarding of new network services and infrastructure

Requirements:

• Three or more years of network operations or infrastructure support experience
• Industrial or operational technology environment experience
• Familiarity with ITIL service management practices
• Experience with wireless technologies and SIM management
• Knowledge of Nokia, Cisco, or Rajant systems
