Industrial Process Analyst — Data, BPMN & Workflow Tools

Skiffra is seeking a Business Analyst to map real-world operations, translate data from multiple systems into documented processes, and turn insights into reusable production tools. The role blends on-site client work in a mining-adjacent environment with ongoing collaboration with Skiffra's IT, engineering and product teams in Montreal.

You will run workshops, define end-to-end processes (BPMN), quantify value, and establish KPIs for implemented tools, ensuring data quality and governance.
