Industrial Site Information Systems Manager

As Industrial Site Information Systems Manager, you ensure the local IS remains operational, secure, and up-to-date to support production. You act as a keyIS liaison within the site and with global IT teams, driving incident resolution, upgrades, backups, and risk management. You guide site-specific IS evolution projects and manage the local budget and dashboards. Your role blends hands-on operation with coordination across cross-functional teams to sustain manufacturing performance and safety. This position offers impact by shaping the site's information systems within a global IT framework.

• Maintain operational conditions of the site IS and production-related systems and services
• Manage incidents within the site perimeter and ensure compliance with Safran group processes and safety standards
• Lead hardware/software upgrades and security for local data; monitor patching and remediation plans
• Implement backup procedures aligned with Safran group directives and IS policies
• Apply obsolescence and risk management strategies; identify IS improvements
• Collaborate with SNA IT teams to deploy common systems and support incident characterization
• Support IS crisis situations via crisis units and site communications
• Develop and monitor the site IS budget; provide regular dashboards on service efficiency
• Act as the focal point for deploying IS solutions on site, especially in industrial computing
• Plan and coordinate workload for the IS team; manage training and development (PDP)
• Participate as a full member of the Workplace and Infrastructure IS team
• Ensure HSE and security policy compliance at the site
• Provide site Management with weekly reporting on incidents, changes, and capacity
• Represent the IS department in site-level evolution projects
• Engage with business units to translate needs into IS deliverables

• Previous experience in an industrial site IS function
• Knowledge of industrial production processes (Kanban, Andon) and project management tools
• Experience with complex supply and manufacturing flows and IS systems
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Ability to navigate difficult situations and find solutions
• Experience working with international teams
• Proven ability to deliver information systems services on industrial sites
• Data-driven decision-making
• Degree in Information Systems or equivalent
• Experience in managing an IS team operationally
• Experience with quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Project management methodology expertise
• Strong English communication; French language ability desirable
