Credentialing time frame: 30 days
Dual facility coverage required

Shift Details
Inpatient weekday and weekend coverage: Day shifts, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Weekend call: 4:00 PM Friday through 8:00 AM Monday

Requirements
Active Florida license
Active BLS

Assignment Details
Practice setting: Inpatient (Dual facility coverage, work completed on-site)
Patient volume: 25 patients per day
Staffing structure: 4 total physicians inpatient
Start timeframe: Provider ideally needed to begin picking up shifts in December
