Overview
In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Master Data Management solutions using Informatica MDM and IDMC. You will work with cross-functional teams to migrate from on-prem to cloud, shape data governance and integration capabilities, and mentor junior engineers. The position sits within a large data transformation programme with a focus on partnering with stakeholders to deliver high-impact data initiatives. This is a hands-on, leadership-oriented assignment in a hybrid London setting with strong delivery accountability.
Responsibilities- Own the full delivery lifecycle for MDM initiatives, from design to implementation
- Lead technical workstreams and mentor junior team members
- Design and implement scalable master data management solutions
- Oversee data integration, migration, quality, and governance efforts
- Coordinate migration from on-prem Informatica to Informatica Cloud MDM (IDMC)
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to improve data quality and integration capabilities
- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM and Informatica Cloud MDM (IDMC)
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale MDM implementations
- Experience across solution design, development, and ownership of the full delivery lifecycle
- Strong knowledge of data integration, data migration, data quality, and data governance
- Experience with cloud platforms and integrating MDM with enterprise systems
- Desirable: experience in financial services or banking
- Excellent stakeholder management and English communication skills
