Overview

In this field-based role, you implement, configure and optimize the AlinIQ Informatics platform to meet customer needs, while delivering training and ongoing support. You work across project teams to align technical requirements with healthcare IT environments and ensure laboratories leverage digital health solutions effectively. You will travel up to 80% to customer sites, build trusted technical relationships, and drive continuous improvement in informatics deployments. This position combines hands-on technical delivery with strong communication to impact performance and diagnostic accuracy.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure AlinIQ Digital Health applications per client requirements
  • Collaborate with project teams to validate technical needs and ensure alignment
  • Integrate software and hardware components and advise on appropriate infrastructure
  • Deliver engaging training to end users on the informatics platforms
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting and performance optimization
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and track progress
  • Participate in customer meetings and internal reviews
  • Support continuous improvement through customer feedback and solution enhancements
  • Travel to customer sites as part of role delivery (up to 80%)
Key requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Medical/Hospital Informatics or related field
  • Technical understanding of IT systems in healthcare, diagnostics, or laboratory environments
  • Experience installing, configuring, or supporting laboratory informatics systems (e.g., LIS, middleware, analyser management, inventory systems)
  • Excellent customer-facing and communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and across teams
  • Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, or Smartsheet
  • Willingness to travel regularly and flexibly
