As Information Developer, you will shape how users discover and understand telemetry capabilities, blending content strategy, UX, and tooling. You collaborate with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver value through structured information. You will drive a scalable content approach and champion AI-enabled docs-with-code practices while navigating a fast-moving engineering context. You contribute to a cohesive customer experience across teams and disciplines.

Responsibilities
  • Define content strategy and information experience for Arm Telemetry
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and domain experts to shape user-focused content
  • Drive alignment across content, tooling, and product teams to reduce duplication and improve consistency
  • Promote modern information development and AI-enabled documentation-as-code practices
  • Mentor others through technical leadership and influence across teams
  • Navigate evolving requirements in a fast-moving engineering environment
  • Coordinate with architecture, hardware design, software, validation, product management, and leadership to advance documentation
Key requirements
  • Familiarity with user-centred content design, information architecture, and developer or customer experience
  • Experience with docs-as-code and content tooling, including Git-based workflows
  • Strong problem-solving skills and pragmatic approach to exploring technologies
  • Ability to influence across multiple teams without direct authority
  • Experience working with hardware and software engineers on complex topics
  • Relationship-building across technical and non-technical teams
  • Comfort operating with incomplete information and evolving requirements
