Information Developer (Technical Author)

In this role you shape the information experience for Arm Telemetry, blending content strategy, UX, and tooling to help users discover and adopt telemetry capabilities. You will work with engineering, product, support, and UX teams to deliver a consistent customer experience and advance a vision for engaging, AI-enabled documentation. Your work supports faster, clearer understanding of complex topics across the Arm ecosystem. This is a cross-functional, impact-driven position with a strong emphasis on collaboration and learning.
Responsibilities- Define and implement the content strategy and information experience for Arm Telemetry
- Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and domain experts to understand user needs and deliver measurable value
- Drive alignment across content, tooling, and product teams to enable scalable, reusable content
- Champion modern information development, AI-enabled docs-as-code practices, and mentor others
- Navigate a fast-moving engineering environment with evolving requirements
- Coordinate with architecture, hardware, software, validation, product management, and leadership to push documentation forward even when decisions are still forming
- Familiarity with user-centered content design and developer/customer experience
- Experience with docs-as-code and Git-based workflows
- Strong problem-solving and pragmatic approach to exploring technologies and recommending improvements
- Ability to influence without direct authority across multiple teams
- Experience working with hardware and software engineers on complex topics
- Ability to build relationships across technical and non-technical teams
