As Information Manager (CDE Superuser) you will lead the setup and operation of the Common Data Environment across UK projects, ensuring quality and accessibility of information. You will train project teams, act as regional CDE expert, and maintain QA/QC across multiple schemes. The role supports clients and stakeholders through effective data handling and security. Responsibilities
  • Implement and operate the organisation’s CDE; establish project standards and how-to guides
  • Manage day-to-day CDE tasks (invitations, workflow updates)
  • Provide training on project-specific CDE systems to internal and external users
  • Serve as regional CDE expert; deliver training and support to new users
  • Produce regional system usage reports for project teams and System Manager
  • Collaborate with DCs and project teams; provide feedback and reports to steering/management teams
  • QA/QC: manage incoming datasets; ensure compliance with project protocols
  • Control project documentation across multiple projects; manage project record files
  • Act as point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal management regarding information auditing and sourcing
  • Review drawings, attach comments, and manage essential project forms (RFIs, correspondences, submittals)
  • Maintain integrity of digital security systems and monitor deliverables against MIDPs
Key requirements
  • Extensive experience and strong knowledge of CDE (CDE Superuser)
  • Methodical with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in MS Office (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Access)
  • Experience with Autodesk Forma, Aconex; basic understanding of AutoCAD/Revit; PowerApps workflows
  • Understanding of ISO19650, GDPR
  • Bachelor-level qualification in Information Science, Computer Engineering, or related field or GKIM Practitioner level experience; minimum 3+ years in information management
  • Must be able to obtain necessary security clearances
  • Methodical and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure
