Information Manager

As Information Management Lead, you will define and implement IM strategies aligned with ISO 19650 for client-facing projects within the Digital service. You’ll establish and run the project IM function, train teams, and ensure quality control of documents and artefacts. You will line-manage the IM team and contribute to the global digital centre of excellence, bids, and the setup of the common data environment. You’ll also help drive the firm’s net zero carbon initiatives during delivery.

• Define and deliver IM strategies, standards (incl. ISO19650) and processes for client-facing projects and programmes
• Establish and manage the project/programme IM function
• Train project/programme colleagues in IM practices and drive awareness
• Manage assurance and quality control of documents and artefacts
• Line manage, coach and support the IM Team
• Contribute to the global digital centre of excellence (knowledge, processes, case studies)
• Contribute to bids with IM strategies and solutions
• Contribute to setup, implementation and development of the common data environment (CDE)
• Support net zero carbon transition in project delivery

• Asite experience
• Technical qualifications/certifications (e.g., APM IM, Assoc of Information Managers)
• Subject expert experience in IM software (Aconex, ViewPoint, Business Collaborator)
• ISO 19650 certification
