Overview

In this role you ensure high-quality, well-organised project information across UK projects as a CDE expert. You will implement and operate the CDE, standardise project processes, and provide training to project teams. Working with cross-functional stakeholders, you’ll drive data integrity, QA/QC, and compliance while supporting clients and delivery teams. This is a hands-on position at a global firm that values digital expertise to enable complex infrastructure projects and secure information.

Responsibilities
  • CDE implementation and management across projects
  • Set up project standards and create how-to guides
  • Manage day-to-day CDE admin (invitations, workflow updates)
  • Provide training on CDE systems and protocols
  • Serve as regional CDE expert and produce usage reports
  • Collaborate with DCs and project teams for feedback and reporting
  • Ensure QA/QC of transmitted information and adherence to protocols
  • Control project documentation across multiple projects
  • Act as point of contact for clients and consultants on information auditing
  • Review drawings and manage RFIs, correspondences, and submittals
  • Maintain digital security of project information
  • Monitor deliverables against MIDPs and generate reports
Key requirements
  • Extensive experience with CDE (CDE Superuser)
  • Methodical, detail-oriented work style
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in MS Office (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Access)
  • Experience with Autodesk Forma, Aconex; basic AutoCAD/Revit; PowerApps workflows
  • Knowledge of industry standards (ISO19650, GDPR)
  • Bachelor-level information science/computer engineering or related field or GKIM Practitioner level with 3+ years in information management
  • Eligibility to obtain required security clearances
