Overview

In this Information Management role, you will oversee PM and information governance aligned with ISO 19650, ensuring smooth information flow across projects. You’ll partner with project teams and digital leads to embed standards, drive quality, and build capability within a multidisciplinary environment. You’ll contribute to a portfolio of major infrastructure and environmental schemes, shaping how information is managed from concept to delivery. This is a collaborative, sustainability-focused position with opportunities to impact project outcomes and grow your expertise in BIM and data governance.

Responsibilities
  • Manage information processes in line with ISO 19650 standards
  • Maintain and optimise the Common Data Environment (CDE)
  • Develop and manage BEP, MIDP and TIDP documentation
  • Coordinate information exchange requirements across stakeholders
  • Support and embed project information standards and procedures
  • Apply a security-minded approach to data access and governance
  • Provide guidance and training on information management systems
  • Monitor quality and ensure compliance with agreed standards
  • Manage the review, validation and distribution of project asset information, including COBie, and ensure information model reviews meet ISO 19650 requirements
Key requirements
  • Extensive experience operating within BIM environments
  • Experience leading or supporting Project Information Management
  • Good working knowledge of CDEs, including implementation and governance
  • Good understanding and practical application of ISO 19650 standards
  • Experience leading, supporting and developing people in information management practice
  • Confident communicator and stakeholder engagement across in-person and digital channels
  • Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and influence outcomes
  • Proven track record in PMO environments or complex projects
