Overview
In this role you will lead and optimise the organisation’s Common Data Environment (CDE) usage across UK projects. You will set project standards, train users, and ensure data quality and compliance through QA/QC processes. You will act as a regional CDE expert, liaising with project teams and clients to enable efficient information management. The role combines hands-on administration with governance, documentation control, and reporting to support large-scale construction initiatives.

- CDE implementation and operational support across projects
- Develop project standards and how-to guides
- CDE user training and regional expert support
- Produce regional system usage reports for project teams
- Liaise with project teams to provide feedback and reporting to management
- QA/QC procedures on transmitted information and documentation control across multiple projects
- Manage project forms, RFIs, correspondences, and site submittals
- Maintain digital security and monitor deliverables against MIDPs
- Extensive experience with CDE (CDE Superuser)
- Methodical, detail-oriented work style
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in MS Office packages (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Access) and tools such as Autodesk Forma, Aconex; basic AutoCAD/Revit understanding; PowerApps workflows
- Understanding of industry standards (ISO19650, GDPR)
- Bachelor-level information-related qualification or GKIM Practitioner level experience
- Minimum 3+ years in information management
