Overview

As Information Manager (CDE Superuser) you will safeguard and organise project information across UK projects, acting as the regional CDE expert. You’ll implement and operate the CDE, standardise project practices, and train users. You’ll collaborate with project teams and clients to ensure compliant, high-quality data and documents. This role combines governance, training, and stakeholder liaison to support large-scale construction programs and secure information integrity.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in CDE implementation and operation, set up project standards and how-to guides
  • Provide training on project CDE systems and protocols; act as regional CDE expert
  • Produce regional system usage reports for project teams and System Manager
  • Liaise with DCs and project teams to provide feedback and reports to management
  • Quality assurance: manage datasets, implement QA/QC procedures, control project documentation across multiple projects
  • Serve as point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal management regarding project information auditing
  • Review drawings, attach comments, submit back onto project systems; manage RFIs, correspondences, site submittals
  • Maintain digital security for sensitive project information; monitor deliverables against MIDPs and report accordingly
Key requirements
  • Extensive experience and strong knowledge of CDE (CDE Superuser)
  • Methodical, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in MS Office (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Access), Autodesk Forma, Aconex; basic AutoCAD/Revit; PowerApps workflows
  • Understanding of industry standards (ISO19650, GDPR)
  • Minimum 3+ years in information management
  • Able to obtain necessary security clearances
  • Bachelor-level information profession qualification or GKIM Practitioner level experience ( EO/HEO ) or equivalent
