Overview

In this role you will define and drive Information Management strategies and ISO 19650 standards for client projects, ensuring efficient information handling and successful delivery. You will establish and lead the IM function on programmes, train teams, and assure/document control while contributing to bids and the global Digital Centre of Excellence. You will also help setup and evolve the common data environment and support the net zero carbon transition through proactive carbon management. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that shapes IM practice across projects and markets.

Responsibilities
  • Define and deliver IM strategies, standards and processes for client-facing projects and programmes (ISO 19650)
  • Establish and manage the project/programme IM function
  • Train colleagues in IM practices and drive awareness and continuous improvement
  • Manage assurance and quality control of documents and artefacts
  • Line manage, coach and support the IM Team on the project
  • Contribute to global Digital Centre of Excellence (body of knowledge, processes, case studies)
  • Contribute to bids with IM strategies and solutions
  • Set up, implement and develop the common data environment (CDE)
  • Support net zero carbon transition and manage associated emissions and reductions
Key requirements
  • Technical qualifications/certifications such as APM IM, Assoc of Information Managers (equivalent)
  • Subject expert experience in IM software (Aconex, Viewpoint, Business Collaborator)
