Information Manager - Systems Integration

In this role you will manage and operate interfaces between engineering applications and data repositories to ensure accurate data exchange and handover for operations. You will set up data repositories, define tagging standards, and produce reports that track data progress. You’ll work across disciplines to resolve data issues and support the Digital Twin and engineering databases. Your work enables seamless transition of a complete dataset to the client and supports project-driven decisions.

• Plan and lead data management systems integration across projects
• Configure data repositories to meet project requirements
• Define data collection, conditioning, reporting, and handover standards
• Configure and manage AVEVA/Hexagon toolsets (tables, data access, imports/exports, reports, tag management, automation)
• Administer Class Libraries and AVEVA ISM configurations
• Manage transfer of Class Library data into engineering DB and Digital Twin environments
• Develop project reports, dashboards and BI metrics
• Coordinate with project disciplines to resolve data inconsistencies and mapping issues
• Ensure compliance with data standards and data quality controls

• University degree qualification or equivalent oil and gas industry experience
• Experience with engineering data warehouses (AVEVA Engineering, SMARTPLANT Foundation) or similar
• Experience with engineering class libraries (AVEVA Information Standards Manager)
• Strong IT skills in databases and reporting (Oracle 12c, PL/SQL, ETL, data warehousing)
• Experience writing/optimising Oracle/SQL stored procedures
• Scripting experience (PowerShell, CMD)
• Strong design and system architecture skills
• Microsoft BI stack expertise (SSIS, SSRS, Power BI)
• Knowledge of AVEVA Net, AIM and Engage or similar
• Knowledge of CFIHOS
